Paso No. 1- DEBES SER UN UNDERDOG PERMANENTE.
Un UNDERDOG es un jugador, es uno que no es muy bueno en el juego y como no tiene nada que perder sabe que no es de los primeros entonces tiene siempre en meta buscar la manera de hacerlo bien, quiere escalar posiciones de primer orden y se esfuerza al máximo para lograrlo. Es esa capacidad de estar siempre reinventándose, dispuesto a aprender, a superarse, a encontrar motivos para seguir, con ansias, con deseos de estar en primer lugar, a descollar, a triunfar, no le teme a las dificultades y siempre apuesta al 100. Supérate, practica a ser un underdog en este fascinante juego de la vida.
Paso No. 2- MANEJA LA CAPACIDAD DE ALTERNAR CON IDEAS CONTRARIAS.
Veámoslo desde este punto de vista; no siempre lo que sabes es lo correcto, o no lo ven así los que tienen ideas contrarias a ti, empieza a manejar esas ideas contrarias con la convicción de que al enterarse de los criterios de otros que talvez nunca fueron tus preferidos estas abriendo una puerta importantísima a nuevas ideas, nuevos retos, nuevos mundos se abrirán a ti. Para tus contrarios ese es un mundo que ellos manejan a la perfección y han estado incrementando sus conocimientos con ideas contrarias también. Abre tus ojos y verás que una idea contraria te puede poner a investigar y encontrar mundos fascinantes a tu alrededor, ideas que te llevaran a crear ese genio en ti que no conoces o que crees que no eres.
Paso No. 3- ASOCIACIÓN ENTRE LA LOCURA Y LA GENIALIDAD.
Sabías que todos tenemos un poco de locos y genios? Pues si. La locura está estrechamente ligada con la genialidad. Pintores como Van Gogh o Edward Munch, escritores como Mark Twain, Robert Louis Stevenson, Virginia Wolf o bailarines como Nijinski entre muchos otros, tienen en común algo más que su maravillosa creatividad: todos sufrían de algún tipo de trastorno mental. Estaba convencido en que el genio artístico era <<una forma de desequilibrio mental hereditario>>. Estos estudios demostraron que las patologías psiquiátricas en particular el trastorno bipolar, tienden a darse más en familias donde abundan las profesiones creativas. Y como dijo el filósofo romano Séneca hace 2,000 años <<no hay un gran genio sin un cierto toque de locura>>. Así que la próxima vez que te digan que tus creaciones geniales tienen un toque de locura, respondeles diciendo que de genios, poetas y locos todos tenemos un poco. Esa locura genial o genial locura puede llevarte a tocar la fama.
Paso No. 4- NO TENGAS MIEDO A ENSEÑAR LO QUE SABES O HACES.
En un mundo tan cambiante y exigente, es natural que tengamos miedo a enseñar nuestros conocimientos a los demas, quizas por temor al rechazo o que nuestras enseñanzas u obras sean mal interpretadas. No debemos tener miedo, al contrario, hay muchas personas allá afuera esperando esas palabras u obras de arte, o canciones, o simplemente un blog como este llenos de amor, consuelo, paz. Nuestros conocimientos son joyas que adornan el corazón de aquellos que están esperando escuchar ese momento intimo contigo y que le des pautas de aquellas cosas que has aprendido y que en un momento determinado pueden cambiar vidas, adelante! dile al mundo lo que sabes, lo que eres capaz de hacer, no te lo guardes, es tu mision cambiar vidas, alla afuera hay muchos esperando por ti, para escucharte, leerte o interpretarse en una obra de arte, para aliviar un poco o mucho ese dolor, esas preocupaciones cotidianas.
Paso No. 5- TEN UNA MISION Y PROPOSITO INNEGOCIABLES.
Al desarrollar una mision y proposito en la vida le estamos dejando saber al mundo quienes somos y dónde queremos llegar. Este enunciado debe ser nuestra carta de presentación y no será variado a menos que sea para superar nuestra propia mision y proposito. SERÁ INNEGOCIABLE, quiere decir que no lo dejaremos de hacer por nada del mundo. A continuacion te dare un ejemplo de mision y proposito personal:
"Vivire cada dia como si fuera el último, construyendo relaciones que duren para siempre, enfocandome primero en mi matrimonio, segundo en mi familia, y tercero en mis amistades. Viviré para crear, construir, nutrir y crecer. Sere emocionalmente estable e infinitamente perseverante. Viviré la vida dentro de parámetros aceptables para mi y jamás haré algo de lo que no estaré convencido totalmente. Constantemente me esforzare por ser la mejor versión de mi mismo en mi trabajo y en todo lo que haga".
Paso No. 6- TENER LA CAPACIDAD DE ASOMBRO POR TODO. DESARROLLAR LA CURIOSIDAD.
Siempre decimos que los niños viven la mejor etapa de la vida pues ellos desarrollan una capacidad de asombro y curiosidad inmejorables. Recuerdo un dia que iba con mi nieto en mi carro y yo muy inmersa en mis pensamientos ... el inmerso en sus curiosidades...el tenia 8 años en ese entonces y me dijo con mucha exclamación: "Abuela mira están poniendo postes de electricidad nuevos!" y yo le respondí sin emoción: Ah si los vi. El con mucha tristeza me respondió: Abuela no te sorprendes con nada! Esa respuesta me dolió pues veía en mí un ser humano común y corriente, que había olvidado que ser un nino y asombrarse y curiosear todo es lo mejor que nos puede pasar. Has visto el brote de una flor desde que la sembraste y empezó a crecer? Has visto tu perra o tu gata con sus cachorritos y gatitos recien nacidos? Has visto el esplendor del amanecer o el atardecer pero con emoción? Qué hace tu corazón cuando llueve o neva? o simplemente el otoño desprendiéndose de sus hojas secas para dar lugar a la primavera en meses siguientes? Te invito a que lo hagas, que la próxima vez te detengas a contemplar con asombro y curiosidad un pajaro paseando en el mar en un vuelo rasante perfecto! te sentirás vivo y participando de la creación!!
Paso No. 7- LA CREATIVIDAD Y LA GENIALIDAD ES ALGO EXTERNO A TI.
La escritora Elizabeth Gilbert en su charla TED de 2009 recomendó un <truco> para que el artista no se sienta frustrado si su creación no tiene éxito: pensar que el éxito o el fracaso no eran únicamente responsabilidad suya, o sea recomendaba pensar que es posible y recomendable entender que la creatividad y la inspiración no procede del autor sino que le llega desde algo externo. No hay que angustiarse si no se recibe inspiración. Se consuela pensando que <<no es del todo su culpa>> por supuesto le quita al autor mérito cuando todo sale bien pues igual recibió la inspiración desde afuera. Hay lugares y situaciones muy inspiradoras, debemos buscarlas pero sin exagerar pues también no hay que olvidar el trabajo diario. Picasso decía que <<la inspiración existe pero debe encontrarse trabajando>> Hay que buscar estímulos, eventos como tal, en las cuales se nos muestran exposiciones de arte, baile, canto. La naturaleza en sí es la mejor de las oportunidades para buscar inspiración. Ver trajes de diseñadores o simplemente el color y forma de un ave.
Paso No. 8- CONFÍA EN TU CAPACIDAD DE JUNTAR LAS PIEZAS.

Paso No. 9- SE HUMILDE. LA VERDADERA HERRAMIENTA.
Muestra tu obra con humildad, todavía serás más grande ante la belleza de tus obras como un gran genio si lo haces con humildad, lo cual no signifique que valga menos, significa que pariste tus obras, igual que una madre pare un hijo, con humildad y respeto, entregando a todos tu esencia, tu creación, tu verdadero yo, un ser genial emanado de la fuente, un ser inmenso a imagen y semejanza del Creador.
